You Should Freeze Your Bacon Too!

Love this tip from my mother-in-law (who's a super source of great tips and ideas): freeze your bacon before chopping (like when you want to make your own bacon bits). Perfect to top salads and cooked veggies, or for putting in quiches, egg muffins, and meatballs. Or in anything else because...well...because, it's bacon, that's why;)
