As much as possible, my hubby and I try to boost our daughters' immunity and prevent diseases by providing them high-quality, real, nutrient-dense, and vitamin-packed food. But we also give them natural supplements to help build and support their immunity and gut microbiome, particularly during cold and flu season. The girls take probiotics on a regular basis, and we give them colostrum and immune boosters at the onset of yucky symptoms. How do you support your or your children's immunity in addition to healthy food?
