Raw Chocolate Chip Cookies
Raw Chocolate Chip cookies (made with the same ingredients I use to make my homemade bars):
3/4 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup raw macadamia nuts
10 presoaked dates
1/4 cup honey (add more, to taste)
A couple drops of stevia
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1/4'ish cup chocolate chips. Think I overdid it on the chocolate, but my girls would beg to differ...
Place all ingredients, minus the chocolate chips, in the food processor and whirl until desired consistency. Form into balls in your hands and place on a parchment lined cookie pan. (I have a bowl of water next to me, so that I can moisten my hands between forming balls, to keep them from becoming sticky). Flatten into cookie shape. Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
These are filled with healthy fats and protein, and are great for a quick snack or an energy boost!
